We are looking for a talented and self motivated Office Manager and Bookkeeper to join the Moore Landscapes LLC team.

Responsibilities:

  • Account Receivables
  • Billing
  • Payroll Management
  • I-Pass Account Management
  • Certificates of Insurance
  • Fleet License Plate Renewals
  • Assist Executive VP of Operations
  • Assist with Daily Office Operations
  • Assist with Office Supply ordering

Skills:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Well organized
  • Detail Oriented
  • Fast learner
  • Good Communicator

Experience as Office Manager and Payroll a plus.
