has met all the requirements necessary to be a Certified Landscape Professional (CLP) through the Associated Landscape Contractors of America (ALCA).
Victor’s responsibilities include client and employee satisfaction, directing and overseeing the development of short- and long-range objectives, policies, budgets, marketing, and operating plans. He also coordinates the activities of the staff components toward the achievement of established objectives. He is a member of the American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA) and the Professional Grounds Maintenance Society (PGMS), and is currently sitting on The Mayor’s Landscape Advising Task Force Executive Committee and chairman of the Mayor’s Landscape Advisory Taskforce Streetscape Committee.
