Jim Pearson,
Vice President - Maintenance
Graduated from University of Illinois with a B.S. in Ornamental Horticulture in 1991 and continually worked in the landscape industry before joining Moore in 2006. His main responsibility is managing all maintenance contracts with the Chicago Park District as well as the Mayor Daley’s Green Streets floral contract. Jim is responsible for contracts such as North and South Lake Shore Drive, Grant Park, and Floral District Wide.
His responsibilities include organizing and managing sub activity, coordination of Moore maintenance crews, client relations and financial aspects. Jim currently holds the Commercial Pesticide Applicator license for the Chicago office.
